How do I sign up for the Lux Signature Club?
You can sign up for a membership online or at our Orlando location.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You will be billed every month on the first of the month.
How often can I wash my car with a membership?
Members can wash as often as they like, making it easy to keep their vehicle clean all month long.
What happens if I get a new license plate or a new car?
You can update your information through Manage Membership online or speak with a team member at the wash
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your plan online or at one of our locations.
What happens when I cancel my unlimited plan?
You will not be billed again after canceling, and you can continue using your membership through the end of your current payment cycle.
What free amenities are available with a wash?
Lux Car Wash offers free vacuums, free towels, free window cleaner, free air guns, free all-purpose cleaner, a bug prep station included with every wash, free tire air pressure, and a free mat cleaner machine. The site also highlights a spacious covered vacuum area.
Do you offer Family Plan discounts?
Yes. Lux offers Family Plan discounts, with up to four vehicles per account. The Family Plan applies to the top three wash packages and not the Express package.
Do you offer fleet accounts?
Yes. Lux offers fleet deals, including 20% off fleets of 10 vehicles or more, along with simple monthly invoicing.
What makes Lux Car Wash different from other car washes nearby?
Lux Car Wash features a 145 ft state-of-the-art express tunnel with more cleaning stages, more coverage, and more consistency. The fleet flyer and meeting notes also highlight multiple cleaning components such as 3 chemical tire applicators, 2 high-pressure wheel blasters, 3 sets of side wraps, 2 top brushes, ceramic protection, and Graphene protection.
Do you offer Graphene protection?
Yes. Graphene Coating is offered as part of Lux’s top wash.

Where is Lux Car Wash located?
Our first Lux Car Wash location is on Edgewater Drive in Orlando, conveniently near the high-traffic Wawa and just minutes from College Park. A second location is coming soon, giving even more drivers access to the fast, high-quality clean Lux is known for.
